  My main criticism was a lack of cleaning which has been evident on my last 2 visits. During this visit even the counter was dirty. It was stained with tomato sauce and had several pieces of rubbish on it. Looks slack and made me wonder about hygiene in more important areas

  the experience was awful. we had to wait quite a while for the food once it was ordered. The staff were pretty young and didn't seem to have much confidence. The chicken was hot but the chips were cold. Was not provided with forks and had to ask for napkins, sauce etc when the staff should of asked us if we wanted any. We will not be going back to this branch again.
